The Pavillion

This site offers a wide variety of high growth industry employer along with other exhibitors and is the smaller of the two sites at the venue.

Bump In

Option 1

Wednesday 13th May 2.30pm – 7.30pm (Recommended)

Please Note: If you need to bring your vehicle onsite to unpack use this option only Access is granted for vehicles to pull up to the venue as a drop zone. Please unpack as quickly as possible to allow other vehicles to unload. You may then move your car to the Exhibitor parking area.

The venue is locked overnight.

Option 2

Thursday 14th May 6.30am-8.30am

No vehicles permitted access past service gates. Unloading only from Exhibitor Car parking areas.

Schools will be arriving at 9am sharp.

Bump out will commence at 3pm, no earlier please.

Lunch

If you have prebooked lunch, collection is from 12 onwards.
There is a designated lunch time from 12.15- 12.45pm.
The Racecourse Cafeteria will also be open if you wish to purchase meals and drinks on the day.
Coffee Vouchers will be distributed and are redeemable at the Exhibitors and Teacher’s Lounge.
No ATM facilities available

Terms

It is a requirement that ALL Exhibitors commit to being in attendance for the entire expo. Registrations close 1st May 2026
An Exhibitor may cancel its booking and receive a refund of 75% of the fees subject to providing written notice of the cancellation to the Organiser by no later than 1st April 2026. No refunds will be provided for cancellation after this date
The Exhibitor must not cause any obstructions to other exhibitors or public space at the venue.
The Exhibitor is responsible for safety and security of its own products and stand.
In the event of the Newcastle Lake Macquarie Career Expo being cancelled or postponed due to no fault of the organiser (Career Links) the organiser will not be liable for any existing or additional costs or charges incurred by Exhibitors or Attendees
